We offer alternatives considering the necessary rigidity for any type of product.
CORRUGATED ONE FACE
It is a flexible structure made up of a wavy element (wave) glued to a flat element (liner). Two papers are required: a liner and a medium.
DOUBLE CORRUGATED
It is a rigid structure formed by three flat elements (liners) glued to two interspersed wavy elements (waves). Five papers are required: three liners and two mediums, generally one for B flute and one for C flute.
PLAIN CORRUGATED
It is a rigid structure formed by a corrugated element (wave) glued on both sides to flat elements (liners). Three sheets are required: two liners and a medium, with the medium sandwiched between the two liners. The single corrugated board can be either B-flute or C-flute.
TRIPLE CORRUGATED
It consists of seven papers: a double corrugated one, plus another medium (Flute B or C) and another inner liner.
CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
Corrugated cardboard, in the form of boxes or packaging, allows for the safe transport of goods due to its strength and versatility in meeting customer specifications. It is also an environmentally friendly material, as it can be recycled multiple times. Corrugated cardboard is used to manufacture boxes, dividers, containers, and displays.
