All our products are manufactured with new materials, our main raw material being pine coniferous wood dimensioned in different thicknesses, lengths and widths.
Our process is paramount, as the wood is prepared to exact dimensions and planed on both sides, guaranteeing a perfect fit. This results in a smooth, pristine inner surface free of impurities that could contaminate the product, and a robust outer surface with a magnificent appearance and excellent durability. We also use OSB, plywood, and MDF boards for the sides and roof of the enclosed boxes.
Our products are assembled with glue and screws, using a countersinking process to achieve excellent grip, guaranteeing their durability.
Our QUALITY, INNOVATION and FLEXIBILITY has led us to implement various materials for product protection, such as: VCI anti-corrosive plastic, silica gel as a desiccant, strapping for fastening, and different types of inserts with polymers and thermoplastics for the support of the parts, as well as polyfoam, stretch film, bubble wrap, mic pac, cardboard, among others.
